1. Possibly, but I doubt it.
2. Yes, just call Tech support at our new number (810) 348-3755
3. Usually I just plug it back into the machine by itself. Since your
doesn't work that way, it's possible it got fried. (or was never any good
in the first place)
4. DKB doesn't sell OS upgrades. You'd have to check with the dealer you
got the upgrade package from.
