Rotoscoping with Par

If your rotoscoping is getting every third frame, all is working normally! (Not
as you want it, but normally! <bg>) The problem is that 3DS opens the file
three times, which the PAR sees and increments as it should!
What you need to do is create an IFL and use FileName, which always works. Use
makeifl.exe, written by the incredible J-me, which was included on your 3DS 3
disks. You may need to name the file Roto0000.ani instead of Roto.ani, too.
