Hello again! Long time no hear from! How was the Canadian summer? Congrats on
getting the Pioneer laser disc unit! You'll love it!
What you will need for Ani Pro is an ADI driver for the unit. If you want to
record direct from 3DS, the same ADI driver will work, or a standalone program
to record from your framebuffer.
We wrote the ADI drivers for the Sony CRV laser disc which are included with 3D
Studio, as well as stand-alone DOS drivers.
I can't imagine the Pioneer RS-232 being very different from the Sony. If
there is no ADI driver which comes with it, get me the programming manual. We
should be able to adapt our Sony drivers for it pretty easily.
