Try the quick'n'dirty trick, substitute WAIT "d:" with WAIT "a:" !! On american
keyboards you find this german umlaut by pressing ALT K releasing the keys and
typing a lower a. On my last connections I saw a normal d: so be aware that
your connection changes in the near future. In my case I add a WAIT "PPP"
instead of WAIT "Please" as last line of my script. The strange letters are the
normal letters but the high bit is set because CIS sends at your node with 7E1
and your PPP wants 8N1, but … do not worry about that.
