You can find DICE on FredFish Disk#491. There are BBS's that have CD-ROM's
installed with Fish disks. If you can't find it, then DevWare Disk 71A&B has it
as well.
A C Manual can be found on FredFish 456 & 457 or DevWare 79A,B,C,D
This is the cheap and easy way of getting started so you can see if C is your
cup of tea.
