It's been a week since the computer stores have stocked win95 and for a month
have been announcing about prepay to avoid the "shortage after the 24th. I
don't know how many were on that prepay frenzy but I do know there is no
shortage. The stores have pallets of win95 and pallets of upgrade software
that are not selling. I went to comp USA and people are walking right past the
displays. Today I noticed the price has dropped from the 89.95 to $79.00.
Still this is not exciting the buyers. I asked one of the clerks and he said
they have trouble keeping the stock coming. Yeah right! How is the win 95
selling in the stores out there?
