Sorry, but there is not much that can be done about that white flash. That is the effect that is noticable when the initial screen repaints the new animation window on top of the media player window. The animation window is actually two windows, a borderless window placed on top of the window that the media player creates. That flash is the redraw of the second window. This is actually the way it happens in our windows player as well, the flash or window redraw still happens. However since the repaint command is not being funneled through a MCI driver or external program, it happens much faster, and is not as noticable. -Brian
