#AAPLAY.DLL
I use ToolBook as an authoring package to display animations for CBT.
Unfortunately ToolBook doesn't give me te option of loading animation into
memory prior to playing. This means that playback rates are directly controled
by the hard disk performance. I know that through Visual Basic the VBPLAY.VBX
uses the aaplay.dll to control animation playback. I should be able to use
ToolBook to acces the same features of the dll (like MemoryLoad). I was just
wondering if anyone has done this and can help me with the function names, what
data type they return, and the parameters so that I can preload my animations.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I would also like to find a good description of the .flc format so that I can
create some utility programs. I haven't found it in any of the books I have
looked at so far.
Thanks
Dale
