Thanks. I guess I do seem a bit cynical at times. I can see how the phrase "not done right" could be inferred as an attack against the programmers or marketers responsible for whatever I think wasn't "done right," but that's never what I intended to imply. And I can see how the delay between my posts made it seem like I was venting rant after rant all at once, when in fact I had typed those replies over the prior month or so since the last Navigator pass I'd done. Even if it took me months to type them, you all were reading them in one fell swoop, so the effect is as if I signed on one day and just vented my spleen, then vanished not to be seen again for months.
