Yes, if Reorg cannot recover all the time it claims, then clean-up has missed the heads and tails. The function is automatic on quit, and can occur at other times under user control in response to a requestor (A/V Temp Files error). The clean-up can also be initiate while the Flyer software is running, by entering the command in the shell, "Voidall". If none of these results in eliminating A/V Temp errors, or error 18 messages, and ReOrg still cannot recover all space except actual clips, then the drives will need to be reformatted. Chuck.
