Perhaps with that budget it might be better to get two machines in stead of one super PC, I have a P133 and a DX4 and 66, I build on the P133, but slave render on the other two, although they arn't networked just yet they soon will be, this way I can still build while rendering Stills etc, thus I get ebery working moment possible out of the P133 instead of sitting back and having to wait for it to render, of course it may be possible under Max and NT to run 3D's twice and render on one and build on the other, who knows? The big problem with two machines is that you have to pay for two amounts of RAM!, e.g. 32 min' in each, so that jacks the price up, Hope that helps matt
