Paul,
As you have experienced, Map PAths that are set in the 3DS.SET file are loaded
prior to map paths in the .PRJ file. There is not much we can do about this,
other than removing the 3DS.SET file.
A number of people have defferent versions of the .SET files and a batch file
that switches between them when needed.
