Are you using flat mirrored materials? If so, remember that the the first face
found in the mesh to have a flat mirror material defines the plane and normal
of the reflection. Every other face will be refering back to its position and
give you incorrect results. To resolve it, detach each unique plane as a unique
object and it should work.
