Thanks. I cancelled my appointment with them when they refused to let me talk to anyone but the nasal-tone-voiced salesman. Said they had worked out the company plan so that the owner would never be contacted and if I had any questions I would have to go to the seminar on Sepulveda Blvd. or Arcadia (the first is near LAX). I don't deal well with secrecy, if someone has nothing to hide, they won't. Lydell
