Bill, I played around with SPREAD a bit this morning and it loads and stores files from disk just fine. Just don't forget the "0:" prefix on the file name. I also found (didn't know before) that the program will trap and allow reentry if the data file won't fit the sheet you set up when you start the program. Neat. This raises some interesting possibilities about file size since you don't have to keep a copy of the data file in RAM. Hope this helps, Cheers, Glenn
