That is not what was said a few months ago. That is what alot of folks
thought was said. The plain fact of the matter is that the Author retains
ALL of his rights when he uploads a file here. The author as holder of
the copyright has the right to allow anyone to use his program in anyway
the author deems fit. CIS only holds a compilation copyright…in other
words a copyright on the collection, not the individual files. There IS a
difference.
