Rumors about some things being WYSIWYG are true (in the next release) but
not the way you seem to think. Things which really cried out for some
semblence of WYSIWYG (like sweeping out a rectangular area to crop) have
been added. Operations all process full images, not sub-areas as in your
software. Four “visual'' operators have been added…Cropping, Drawing
Rectangles, Tiling, and Text. All but the last were present in the current
release of ADPro with purely numeric interfaces. Hardly a bold foray into
WY{SIWYG painting.
