Actually, one of the BEST genlock solutions for using a LD player is the
CBM 2300. It keeps your Amiga graphics in RGB, and codes your NTSC signal
to RGB as well. This doesn't actually 'improve' the quality of your NTSC
signal, but it *doesn't* degrade the quality of your Amiga generated
graphics by stepping them down to NTSC. As a result, you get a beautiful
display. AND the card is very very cheap.
I've used many genlocks over the years, and the 2300 just makes the best
sense for any multimedia application I've done (touchscreen included).
