That's a pretty good suggestion. Actually, I figure I can always sell
the drive for a couple of hundred bucks (it may well be worth that to me to
get the DAK bundles) or put it on my wife's PC (yeah, we're a "two-PC
family"). Thanks for the idea; I'll have to mull it over and make some
sort of decision. The other possibility, of course, is to buy a drive and
bundle from someone else. Tiger has great CD-ROM prices at purchase time
but I've heard a lot of horror stories from people who've had problems with
them. Wish the NEC drives which Tiger carries were a bit better for
multimedia.
