I've bought and sold a lot of stuff online. I've always recieved what I
purchased. I did sell one program to a guy who took over six months to pay
me, but he eventually did. (About 20 email letters later…) The next time
he wanted to buy something from me, I asked for money up-front. Funny–he
decided he didn't need the program anymore.
But still–out of about 15 transactions, I've only had one bad one so far.
