Yes, in my opinion the FAST DP/R with the Component Option for YUV in/out
will produce broadcastable output that can be recorded directly to a
BetaSP deck.
I am not sure what you mean by a capture board or a download adapter. The
DP/R will record video and audio, in real-time, to a hard-drive and then
play it back again.
I am not familiar with the DVision Pro 2.2, maybe someone else here who
has used that and the FAST can comment there.
