I've had a similar problem with a HP machine. This one didn't
reboot but turned the display to garbage and locked up when I used
vue image. The work round was to render something using 3D Studio
before I attempted to use the view image command. I didn't have to do
this every time I used vue, only before using it first time in a 3DS
session.
