I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything offensive by my reference to profit. I certainly didn't say you were greedy, I said you were making money. I think making an honest buck is a great thing. I'm capitalist at heart, just short of "greed is good." 3D Studio is a product that makes money for a lot of other people, too: animators, third-parties, dealers, etc. The money you make personally is small change compared to the money-amplifying effects your software and 3D-related efforts have had over the years, no doubt. You've earned every cent! Don't let them get you down when they beg for more features and more quality software.
