Sorry for the mixup. There are two bills that are potentially going to be
introduced.
The Baucus type bill would close amateurs out of collecting.
The counter bill is the Paleontological Resources Preservation Act of 1995
I'm fine when it comes to rocks, but politics leaves me in a cloud. For the
