Thanks, Nate. As it turns out there seems to be a problem with the 1.04 code which seems to be related to the PPS '040 accelerator I'm using. Terry is revising the code this week. I've got a temporary fix (changing the SyncField parameter for the source deck). I figured it was related to 1.04 since I've been able to grab successfully with all previous versions. Now it works fine, and the new multi-frame grabs are fantastic. Terry says they now recommend the Toaster as the framegrabber of choice since their new grabbing code works so well. I'm thrilled because I can now grab sequences from my AG-7750 which, when laid back to tape, don't exhibit the random jitter which used to occur. And the quality is superb. I can also grab clean frames from my UVW-1800 with frame accuracy, which I couldn't do before. I had been eyeing a PAR just to be able to grab frame sequences, but I don't think so now. Phew, that was close !
