In that regard (re your comment on Amiga's Motorola dependency) very
disturbing report this week that Motorola will begin manufacturing
Macintosh clones. It is becoming a vertically integrated company. I'm sure
it'll still sell 68XXXX and PowerPC chips to whomever wants to buy, but at
what price?
