What did the framers mean by militia when they wrote the USC? Afraid that
you won't like that one much – the organization that would protect the
states from foreign and domestic enemies. 'Domestic enemies' includes an
oppressive Federal gov't and its agents.
To ensure that I don't misrepresent or misinterpret any information on the
