I've been an Amiga dealer over 3 years and a developer since way back when.
I'm also in too small a community to be able to afford a dishonest reputation.
Some companies with thousands of customers calling, huge ads, huge stores, etc.
can perhaps afford an occasional angry customer. I can't afford even one.
Another difference perhaps is that I own the company and I answer the phone and
speak directly to my customers. Customers put the food on my table. I rely on
them and they rely on me. I'd like to keep it that way. I don't have a
telemarketing boiler room kind of personality. Just got my start liking to
work with Amigas like most customers did. For me it's too personal to start
trying funny stuff with the customers. Good luck with your Amiga hunting and
