I agree! Critical Thinking Skills are… critical. <G> Now I'm not possitive
but I don't think that Autodesk is dictating a "canned" set of excecises.
However, control is important. Again, a nationally organized system needs to
be controlled! As far as the text books, don't buy them. That's simple.
Don't buy anything that doesn't satisfy your needs. By the way, I know of some
Videos & Workbooks that may interest you. And yes, I'm atleast one of then
Bergwall's from Bergwall Productions, Inc. However, I suppose that "the"
Bergwall would actually be my father Charles.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a firm believer in taking a stance and a supporting a
position! Never compromise your beliefs. But, the connection between Academic
freedom and curriculum still escapes me. These are two different issues! I
can choose to study/teach what ever subject I want, (freedom) but I must follow
an outline.(curriculum)
