I believe you are from holland, I'm from Belgium. There are PAR dealers around, overhere, I'm waiting for mine being delivered probably next week. If you are from Holland, you could buy from DPS UK or From: CLICK Boomsesteenweg 468 B-2610 Wilrijk Belgium Tel. 03 828 18 15 (ask for Eric Bergen) They used to be specialised in AMIGA and COMMODORE hard and software, knowing that the PAR originated on the Amiga its easy to know why they port it. BTW the PAL version does cost a lot more then the NTSC does???? I've seen the PAL Amiga version in action, used by a friend, and it certainly looks very good, it has even been on National TV, (in fact the commercial network VTM) used by my friend for an series of adds for a furniture company. So I think this says it all. I think if your work is artistically and commercially OK, it will go on Broadcast TV, certainly for commercials.
