Robert The problem you are describing was posted up here on ASOFT a while back, I searched my messages back 60 days or so and could not find any info. My recollection was that a Project Directory was deleted and they got the same messages you are describing. I think the only chance you have to recover your *.ani files is from the DOS prompt. Load PARINIT and PARDRV to initilize the PAR drive and then type PARDRV -P to set the output to PAR format. Then try to copy the files off the PAR Drive onto your local drive and the proceed to format the PAR and the recopy the PAR files back on to the PAR drive. I hope this does some good.
