I know a lot about WTS. I worked for them while doing my work
experience for GCSE's. This was more than a year ago and at that time
their repair section was the worst I'd seen and heard of. I once put
an 500 in for repair and it took 1.5 months to get it back.
As for their mail order section I don't think this is too bad. This
was a year ago and at that time they are the last company in the
world I would be dealing with for both mail order and especially
repairs. I doubt they have got much better – but I could be wrong.
