Regarding the name stuff… You're welcome. It was fun.
I kinda liked Maniac and MadHouse, myself.
I don't see "Mercenary Animation Productions"" as a militant term, so much as
a humorous counterpoint to Bruce Goren's "Cheap Computer Graphics."
For sheer name recognition, the word Millenium will see ever-increasing
use as we near the turn of the century.
That could cause some confusion as others try to cash in on its use no
matter what field they're in. But the upside of it is, that, everytime one
of your clients or potential clients hears someone on the news or elsewhere
use the word "millenium" they are likely to think of you.
Regarding the info on trademark:
You're welcome again. But I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
And I thank my friend David S. Cohn, Editor of Cadalyst Magazine for giving
me some sage advice at SIGGRAPH in Orlando. He steered me in the right
direction when I sought his advice regarding copyright and trademark.
