Steve, Sure does. The Targa 2000 can provide a 2-page 24-bit display for desktop publishing applications. You can also use any Windows application, at any valid res., and scan convert out to video for real-time recording of application use or training. Additionally, any paintbox functions occur at the same resolution and aspect ratio as the output (definitely a hardship with the DPS products). Also quality sound recording and playback, always synced to the video. Let me also qualify the above comments to point out that DPS cards are flying out the door!
