I've noticed it, too. Also noticed significantly more difficulty just getting through to my local gateway, so it may be that the reduced rates and the elimination of extra "Extended" charges have combined to incite Joe User (or his peanut-butter-encrusted offspring; after-school hours seem worst) to spend a lot more time on-line. Is that the sound of virtual cash registers I hear, all the way from CI$ HQ?<G> I'm using Auto-pilot now, just so I can get in and out in a hurry during the day, then doing any library browsing late at night when usage is lower anyway.
