This goes back to my original comment in this thread about wishing that CIS would have kept the rates where they were and used the extra money to perfrom upgrades. ( ie. If they don't have enough upgrade teams, then hire / train more teams with the extra money.) Besides, this is all just IMHO. I'm sure nothing I say is going to infuence the way CIS does business, so my foolish ramblings are just an exercize of the first amendment. — James — Choreo Motion —
