I'd have to say if there is a slowdown I haven't noticed. Since I use NavCIS I
click the "NEW" button and let it rip. John Dvorak's voice then literally tells
me, "NavCis is going online. Time for you to take a break". I always take him
at his word and grab a snack, catch a couple of minutes of the news or check
out a magazine. Invariably when I return in about 3 minutes I'm ready to read
messages.
