Ed, TCP/IP is the underlying networking layer (or stack if you prefer). That's what hooks the two together…but that's all it does…allow each machine to speak the same language over a wire. On top of that, you need programs that know how to speak to TCP/IP that will allow access to your drive(s). You need equivalents of each program on each end. That is, you'd need a server program on the AMiga end and a client program on the DOS end. If you go into Windows95 network setup (in control panel) you can add (or remove) various protocols and client software. Look for something for the Amiga (in lib 5 here) that matches one of the clients available in win95.
