This is going to sound really stupid, but try decreasing the refresh rate at
whatever resolution you are running 3ds in and see if that helps. I have an
ATI Mach 64, and if I set the refresh rate above 60Hz, I get an error message
the Bios doesn't support that video mode. Strange.
