"why are USA customers handled more equal than others?" I am not sure of the answer – but in the case of Animator Studio, the meetings I have attended have made sure that parallel developments are created, so that the US builds are at the same level as the International build. We then have a few countries targeted who will take the generic international build and translate it. Their work then gets QA'd and by then there are a couple of months or so gone by. In these US-based meetings I've attended, the requests from each of the non-US Autodesks were as high a priority as anything. It might even be that "country managers" elected to not get the first AAStudio and wait. I don't recall info about Holland mentioned at these meetings though.
