Hi, Paul! I WAS having a pretty good day, you know. Fudge. You, of ALL people, will understand (from bitter experience!) how this game works: yes, there's UNDOUBTEDLY an easy way to change SUPDSP; but, no, I don't know what it is! My best understanding is that v2.5 is specifically for use with the PGD RAM expansion. I don't have v2.5, nor do I have access to the PGD unit. Sounds like the PGD software AND Supera both need to live at fixed low-RAM locations, & that MicroDemon lost the coin toss – ie, bet v2.5 ain't the first program in RAM, which would violate's SUPDSP's key assumption. The WHOLE trick is STILL finding out where Supera stores its definitions – this is the number Supera displays next to "Origin" when you hit CTRL-A while the cursor is on a keyset CO file. I have no way to find out what that is now – let's pretend it's 38157 (should be close, I think). Then: In BASIC, load SUPDSP. Enter "EDIT12-14". Delete line 12. Delete line 13. Change line 14 to line 12 (ie, replace "14" by "12"). Erase "POKEB-1,12:" Replace "VAL(MID$(B$,8))" by "38157" (that is, by whatever magic number you got above – but do leave the "S=" and the "-2^16" alone!). Hit F8 & then run it. Please give that a try & lemme know how it works – if it flops, I'll bug David & get back to you with something that WILL work. Suspect we BOTH have a feeling of deja vu here! Fudge! blind-leading-the-blindly-y'rs! – tim
