J&R is not, by any means, a rock bottom dealer. Sometimes they have good
prices. Sometimes the service is good. Sometimes it stinks. The biggest
problem I had there was a manager in the computer department who didn't
like Amiga's or Amiga users, or any customers for that matter. This was a
situation where the manager had to have things his way. But no one in the
store was aware of CBM's policy of copying Janus discs. And the bb wasn't
the easiest thing to find.
