If this problem is true for the Amiga, why isn't it true for the Mac, the IBM, and in other businesses like video and photography where mail order abounds? There are bargain hunters everywhere. Those of us who know what we're doing (e.g., who don't NEED a local dealer to explain things to us or lead us through formatting a disk, or whatever) save thousands of dollars a year through mail order. Ninety percent of my purchases of everything technical comes through mail order. I understand the issues involved, and the arguments pro and con; I just don't understand why I keep hearing things that sound like this is a problem unique to the Amiga. Pete
