Pete, I second your mail order observations. Now, if I was going into video, since I know so little about it, I would work my first purchases through a local dealer so that help would be available, and the quality of that helo would be a higher by-point than price. After I felt comfortable that I knew what I was doing I would go the mail order route. I think what kills Amiga dealerships is the relative anonymity of the product and/or ignorance of the product. Only advertising and good sound demonstration of the product by a knowledgeable dealer can help in this area. Most of the knowledgeable dealers seem to do O.K. The ones that don't know the product, or how to market it don't. wmc
