There is nothing ethically wrong with the last sentence "…. I will be
happy to upload the software to a file ……" as long as the complete
transaction takes place and no intent to defraud exists.
Is there anything wrong with a dealer giving me a copy of a commercial
program when he accepts my order for 'the real thing'? I think not. There
is no intent to defraud anyone, everyone that should receive fees… does.
