cont… We did not intentionally ship it with a 1 meg bug. In fact, I didn't know about it until a month or so ago. How could we be expected to ship it with a disclaimer "doesn't really work with 1 meg" if we didn't know. It worked fine on our machines and those of our testers. And yes, we have every Amiga model in-house. We have testers who do everything on the Amiga, including a CBM employee, and a Gold Disk betatester I think. The program is banged on. I'm sorry you had problems with 1 meg, but for every user who has an experience like yours, there are thousands who don't have problems. If you had called us for help first, instead of slamming us, we could have told you what the problem was right away. We are a good company with excellent support. For example, we will write a printer driver for your printer if we don't have one already. No other company offers this support.
