When you're about to render, go to render/configure, and either click on one of the resolution boxes in that screen (if one of them is the resolution you desire), or enter the resolution in the two boxes for custom resolutions, which can be up to 9,999 x 9,999 pixesl (apparently). Once your file is rendered, you can print any number of ways. I use Windows (ugh) with PaintShop Pro (yay!!) for setting up the page, brightness & contrast etc to print to my Canon BJC-600 colour bubble-jet. The bigger the file the longer it takes, but it's quite reliable.
