This really points out something to me. Software Companies may be
Corporations or what ever, but they are still run by people that are prone
to make mistakes. I lived in the same place for 6 years while buying MSS
Software. I always (ALWAYS) mailed in my registration cards (if you don't
mail the cards in how can they support you!) and somehow managed to slip
through the cracks. I hope MSS is listening! Maybe I'll call them and
remind them I am an old customer that owns all their programs except the
Platinum series. I'm reasonable, I'll give anybody a second chance.
That brings me to a question. If we purchase a software package for
$100+ ($195 for Excellence! 1.0) and the software agreement is forever,
shouldn't the implied customer support be for the length of the software
agreement?
