This really points out something to me. Software Companies may be Corporations or what ever, but they are still run by people that are prone to make mistakes. I lived in the same place for 6 years while buying MSS Software. I always (ALWAYS) mailed in my registration cards (if you don't mail the cards in how can they support you!) and somehow managed to slip through the cracks. I hope MSS is listening! Maybe I'll call them and remind them I am an old customer that owns all their programs except the Platinum series. I'm reasonable, I'll give anybody a second chance. That brings me to a question. If we purchase a software package for $100+ ($195 for Excellence! 1.0) and the software agreement is forever, shouldn't the implied customer support be for the length of the software agreement? – via Whap!
