IMHO no version of WP for the Amiga (I have 4.1.12) has been able to mutli-task very well even with other WP programs such as those which come with WP Library. On my 2500 using WP with Notebook and or Calendar is very painful. WP for the Amiga should also have made use of the GUI environment in the same way the WP for Windows makes use of that environment. That is, it should have provided for optional "clutter" in the form of buttons to which macros and other functions could be attached and an intelligent ruler line. I know that a lot of people prefer "clean screen" word processors. I like to have a "clean screen" too. But I prefer having the option of cluttering up the screen as I see fit in the way that WP for Windows allows. I guess my major problem with WP is that it is a port of WP v4.1 which is itself an inferior program which I did not like very much. WP v4.1 for the Amiga was released before it was ready and continues to be buggy. Regards Charles
