I'm way behind with my own Mac technology – so I'll let the heavy-duty Macaroons answer you – if they can. I'll just say that, I think, Autodesk's job is to try to keep all hardware vendors happy. If Autodesk were to annouce that a particular configuration worked better than another or, saint's preserve us, that one platform was better than another, the abuse from all other vendors would be, let us say, unpleasant. In any case, it sounds like you have a handsome budget – so I'm sure we'd all like to hear what you end up with.
